Certainly a unique and kawaii experience! We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and we had a lovely time! Personally, I had no idea what the experience would involve, so it was all very exciting. To fully enjoy the experience, I personally recommend that if you are unfamiliar with this kind of thing, to remain very open minded. Trying to communicate with the staff in English may be a little difficult, although they do try their very best (thank you!), so be prepared to have absolutely no idea what is happening and just go with the flow. 😊👠Loved how there is always something new to watch and enjoy as new customers arrive, along with performances on the stage, and - of course - the desserts were delicious! Overall, a very fun and entertaining must-try experience! ♡

The maids are uberly positive and friendly. Matter of fact, for you tourists out there, be mindful that you will most likely get ripped off. If you just want to watch the show and eat, then DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM THEM! They gave me glow sticks and a raffle without advising there will be a charge. My $20 or so meal ended up being over $60. On a positive note: the service is absolutely amazing! They're so sweet!

I went today and honestly i had so much fun with. Even whilst feeling embarrassed and confused I loved it so much. The effort the ladies put into everything alone makes the experience well worth it. I'd highly recommend it. Best to bring 2000-4000 yen per person to have an even more fun experience.
